Responsibilities
- General office administration duties
- Management of information at a strategic and highly confidential level
- Preparation of various reports
- Answer and respond to emails and phone calls; communicate messages and information to the
- Group Managing Director
- Setting up and maintaining a senior management diary system for appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries and arrangements
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Liaising with senior management to ensure fast and efficient delivery of service to our clients
- Attending meetings, subsequently preparing clear minutes, and following up itemized action to conclusion
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, by ensuring the highest standards of courtesy and etiquette
- Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
PA to Group Managing Director Job at CVPeople Tanzania
Knowledge and Experience
- At least 5 – 7 years of relevant professional experience in personal assistance
- A diploma in secretarial duties, office management, executive secretarial, or its equivalent
- Candidates with an Advanced Diploma or Degree in the relevant field of responsibility would be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient in Kiswahili and English)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Possess strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office management software
- Strong interpersonal skills.
