DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To operate Telephone Switchboards for receiving and making telephone calls or receiving and sending messages by fax etc;
To place out-of-state and international calls; schedules and coordinates conference calls as required;
To welcome visitors by greeting them personally and by telephone answering all referring inquires;
To direct visitors to action employees, Department Directors or giving them instructions; and
To perform any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
