The Higher Education Student Loans Board (HESLB) has announced the Phase Four list with a total of 2.009 new students who have been loaned for the first time in the 2020/2021 academic year worth TZS 6.02 billion.
To get detailed information on the loans they have been offered, the 2,009 students are advised to visit their online loan application accounts known as SIPA – Student’s Individual Permanent Account (SIPA).
