Job Title:   Gender and Youth Integration Advisor (1 position)
Location:   Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Reporting To:   Senior Technical Advisor
Position Purpose:
The Gender & Youth Integration Advisor will serve as the Kizazi Kipya project-wide gender focal person, ensuring gender is integrated into all project activities, and as the youth focal person, ensuring quality and cohesiveness of all of the project’s youth-focused interventions around health, particularly HIV prevention. 
Job Title:  Assistant Health Informatics Officers (2 positions)
Location:   Tabora and Songea, Tanzania
Reporting To:   Health Informatics Officer 
Position Purpose:
The Assistant Health Informatics Officer under the supervision of the Senior Health Informatics Officer will be responsible for training and technical support and capacity building of all data management systems including GIS mapping at the cluster level. He/ she will also contribute to building capacity of the clusters’ staff in data visualization, interpretation and promoting the culture of data use for decision making in the project.
Job Title:  Internal Control Officer (1 position)
Location:   Mwanza, Tanzania
Reporting To:   Senior Internal Control Officer 
Position Purpose:
As a member of the Pact Tanzania team the Internal Control Officer, conducts internal review of operations, systems and procedures for internal controls and compliance with the terms and conditions of the donor requirement.
Job Title:  Cluster Technical Manager (4 positions)
Location:   Tabora, Songea, Mwanza and Dodoma, Tanzania
Reporting To:   Technical Integration Cluster Manager 
Position Purpose:
The overall purpose of Cluster Technical Manager is to ensure quality and  coordinated program delivery, to coordinate training activities, and to provide technical support  to Pact’s technical staff (Technical Service Coordinators) and implementing partners (CSOs and consortium partners); to complete timely deliverables in the core project technical areas (i.e., economic strengthening, case management, health and HIV (including community-clinic linkages),  child Protection, parenting, education, and youth).
Job Title:  Senior Program Manager-Western Block (1 position)
Location:   Mwanza, Tanzania
Reporting To:   Deputy Chief of Party- Kizazi Kipya Project 
Position Purpose:
Serve as an active member of the program team for the implementation of Pact’s Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) activities. The Senior Program Manager – Western oversees and guides the Technical Integration Cluster Managers for Lake and Western Clusters in implementation of the USAID Kizazi Kipya project. This includes the promotion of efficiency, quality and timely project and financial management as well as intra- and interdepartmental coordination and collaboration.
Job Title:  Research and Learning Officer (1 position)
Location:   Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Reporting To:   Research and Learning Coordinator
Position Purpose:
Pact seeks a Research and Learning Officer to provide technical support to the USAID Kizazi Kipya program research & learning activities to contribute to an increased evidence base for OVC services. The incumbent will work closely with the M&E and program teams to support the design, implementation of program learning activities, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated into program implementation to continuously improve quality of interventions and outcomes. S/he will also provide active participation in designing and conducting operations research as needed.
Job Title:  TSC – Child Protection and Parenting (1 position)
Location:   Dodoma, Tanzania
Reporting To:   Cluster Technical Manager 
Position Purpose:
The Technical Services Coordinator- Child Protection and Parenting serves as an active member of the program team for the implementation of Pact’s USAID Kizazi Kipya project, focused on improved care, health, nutrition, education, protection, livelihoods, and psychosocial well-being among Orphans and Vulnerable Children and their caregivers. The coordinator will ensure technical cohesion and high-quality implementation of the project’s child protection and parenting initiatives.
