Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (expected level of effort: 75%)
• Assist the head of department in developing the annual monitoring and evaluation plan and updating the MEL strategy
• Ensure adequate monitoring tools are in place and are being used as intended; update and revise them on an annual basis
• Review organization results framework to ensure that adequate data are being collected for all indicators
• Assist the head of department with developing data quality assurance guidelines
• Ensure internal reporting tools are completed by all teams as required
• Collect data for and assist with writing all donor and annual reports
• Conduct research into organizational outcomes on a recurring basis by administering a qualitative questionnaire during field trips, conducting data analysis, and writing a report on the findings
• Collect Most Significant Change (MSC) stories during organization’s annual youth conference
• Develop stronger research studies for collecting and analyzing beneficiary feedback about organization’s work
• Ensure proper knowledge management by organizing and maintaining the MEL Team’s information storage foldersInformation Technology (expected level of effort: 25%)
• Perform administrator functions for all of organization’s IT systems (including internet, distribution database, SMS system, Dropbox, Office 365, and e-mail)
• Ensure that all computers have constantly updated software and operating systems
• Troubleshoot IT-related problems as and when they arise
• Assist all department heads with properly setting up their Dropbox folders
• Advise the Finance Department on IT equipment that needs to be purchased on an annual basis
• Identify new IT systems that would prove beneficial to organization’s work.Other Duties

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science and equivalent.Experience Requirements
